We Listen, We Care, We Help
Are you finding yourself stuck in challenging situations, repeating the same mistakes over and over again? Are you searching for peace and it always seems to escape you? With the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or other therapeutic interventions, we can work together to help you resolve the issues impacting your life.
"EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. EMDR has helped millions of people relieve many types of psychological stress."
It is important to have a safe and comfortable environment to discuss and explore various issues. Therefore, I will do my best to create this environment in our therapeutic relationship and provide psychotherapy services in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
