We Listen, We Care, We Help

Are you finding yourself stuck in challenging situations, repeating the same mistakes over and over again? Are you searching for peace and it always seems to escape you? With the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or other therapeutic interventions, we can work together to help you resolve the issues impacting your life.

"EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. EMDR has helped millions of people relieve many types of psychological stress."

It is important to have a safe and comfortable environment to discuss and explore various issues. Therefore, I will do my best to create this environment in our therapeutic relationship and provide psychotherapy services in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to help our clients resolve the issues they are dealing with by helping them develop healthy boundaries, coping skills and gain an understanding on what  it takes to be emotionally healthy.  We listen to their needs and genuinely care for their well-being.

Elia was central in helping me overcome an acute personal crisis stemming from issues with post-traumatic stress disorder. She continues to provide support and treatment as my recovery continues. Her specialization in “eye movement desensitization and reprocessing” (EMDR), as well as her listening skills and good memory, has all helped me get to a much better place.
